You will register with a Track & Trace scheme we are members of the NHS scheme. If you do not have a smart phone we can provide a manual form to complete. If you refuse to comply with Track & Trace requirements you will be refused entry.
You do not have any symptoms of Covid-19, you have not tested positive within the last 14 days, you are not awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, and you have not been in recent contact with anyone who has tested positive, who appears to be symptomatic or who is awaiting the results of a test.
Masks must be worn when not seated unless you are legitimately exempt. If you refuse to wear a mask you will be refused entry.
You will socially distance when moving around the premises and you will respect others and ensure you remain at least one metre distant indoors and masked and 2 metres if not masked.
Children must remain seated at all times unless entering, exiting or using the toilets. When not seated, they must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Alcohol cannot be consumed on these premises by anyone under the age of 18 years and it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol for an underage person.
We operate a Challenge 21 policy that means if anyone appears to be under the age of 21 years they will need to produce ID before they can be served with alcohol. Acceptable ID includes Passport, UK Drivers Licence, UK Military ID Card or Prove It Card. Photographs or photocopies are not acceptable and Student Cards, Union Cards are also not acceptable.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to any individual.
Your personal data is only collected by us for the purposes of NHS Track & Trace. It is securely held on remote servers and it will only be shared with the NHS Track & Trace service upon receipt of a legitimate request. We will not use your data for any other purpose, neither will your data be shared with any other organisation or person(s) and it will be deleted 21 days after it was provided by you.
