PRE-PAYMENTS
We kindly ask our guests to pay a full pre-payment of their activities in order to secure your gaming or area hire. All prices are stated on our prices & info pages. We ask that you accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation charges during the payment process.

All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on our website.

As outlined in our privacy policy we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make sure you are happy with your chosen times and dates and are booking the correct Ball Room venue. ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please Note: Please make sure that you are making an online booking for the CORRECT BALL ROOM VENUE. Any error in selecting the correct chosen venue will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE booking and it is down to the Ball room venue which received the booking to be able to transfer your booking accordingly. There is nno guarantee of this and we do not accept any responsibility in your error.

The only methods of Identification on arrival to confirm the booking is actually yours is either a valid Drivers License or valid Passport. We reserve the right to refuse any other form of Identification.

All Bookings can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before the original booking. To change the time, date or details of any booking, please call our Morningside venue directly on 0131 447 0440. All changes MUST be made by telephone. However, If you wish change the date, time or table type of your booking with less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, your booking may not be changeable due to table availability. All pre-payment bookings will not be refunded. If you do not show up for your gaming and/or food booking your pre-payment will not be refunded, no exceptionsn. Please be aware that by completing your reservation, you are accepting our terms and conditions as detailed here. Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional pre-payment per additional guest.

If you do not show up for your gaming or area booking your pre-payment will NOT be refunded. We ask all our gamers to arrive 15 minutes before your game time, if you are running late then please let us know. We can only hold your gaming area for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your pre-payment towards your restaurant bill if you dine with us. ALL Pre-payments are non-refundable, no exceptions.

DAMAGES
If there is any damage to any equipment, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the repairs. Please note that the word ‘gaming’ also applies to our private rooms and areas within the venue and any other bookable aspect of the venue.

DRESS CODE
During our busier periods, such as special events, holiday periods and Weekends Friday to Saturday, We do not allow any sportswear including but not limited to; jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, sports shorts. You MAY be asked to leave and refused entry and our non-refundable policy remains valid and you agree to these terms and conditions at the time of booking.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Ball Room Sports Bars age restriction vary depending on your chosen venue, however please note that our MORNINGSIDE EDINBURGH venue is restricted to being OVER 18'S ONLY ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AFTER 6PM, and Sunday to Thursday under 18's are permitted until 9pm. Refunds may not be given if group members are unable to provide valid ID.

Booking reservations; we will keep the Information you have provided for 12 months after your booking date and we retain this data with permission to improve your service and experience with us

Competition entries; we will only hold your data for as long as we need to run the competition and announce the winner/s unless otherwise stated that your email will be used for marketing purposes and you have opted into this

Job applicants; we will retain your data for as long as we need to process your application and maintain application statistics and we will make this known to you
