* Bookings are Live and are only guaranteed once paid for and confirmation email is sent.
* Booking times can be changed once, 48 hours prior to the original booked date and time at no additional fee.
* Booking cannot be changed within 48 hours of the booked Date and Time and 'no shows' at the booked Date and Time will not qualify for any rebates or refunds.
* All bookings are considered final and are only valid for the stipulated and agreed date and time shown in the booking. Confirmation email will be sent once the payments have been authorised and received by Gilnockie Tower. This email will act as your receipt and Ticket for entry on the day. Please bring this along with you and present it at the Welcome Desk on your arrival. You will be provided with your day tickets and Guide to Gilnockie Tower at the front desk. Your email address is used for your booking confirmation and a thank you email after your visit.

* Due to the age of the tower and its spiral staircase we are not wheelchair accessible
* NO ALCOHOL or Drugs are permitted and we reserve the right to refuse entry

Refunds:-

We will not issue any refunds but as mentioned before we are more than happy to change your date free of charge within a 48 hour period of the actual booking date .
